John Gazza ~ 1937 to 2008~ GRI~ Owner Broker ~ Realtor ~ Notary ... GRI~ Broker ~ Realtor ~ Notary ... sadly John passed away in December of 2008 after several years of declining health. He started his Real Estate career in 1985 and soon after in July of 1986 opened the doors to Heritage Realty on Main Street in Harrison, where he and his wife, Susan established a great team of knowledgeable brokers. John's dedication to real estate was strong even throughout his illness and he generously shared his expertise & knowledge with his clients, customers, associates and the community right to the end. John is greatly missed by his family, friends, and many former clients and by all at Heritage Realty. |

On the community level, I have served on the Harrison Board of Selectmen and Assessors for 24 years, served as president of Deertrees Theatre & Cultural Center & still serve on the Deertrees Bd., was President of Harrison Olde Home Days for 4 yrs., and was founder and chairman of Christmas is for Children Project in Harrison for over 20 years. I began my real estate career in 1980 as an Agent, joined National Association of Realtors in 1982, subsequently earned my GRI, Broker’s license and finally Designated Broker. I a member of the Western Maine Board of Realtors am a Past President of the Bd., a director and have been chosen twice as the Realtor of the Year for the WMBOR.

Michelle grew up in Bridgton, graduated from Lake Region High School in Naples, ME and attended Saint Jospehs College. After college, Michelle worked for a CPA's firm in Windham when she purchased her first home. After the excitement of the process, Michelle started her real estate career in 2002 where she managed a large real estate office. After being in a managerial position, she realized that just seeing the smiles on the clients' faces at the closing table was not enough ~ she wanted to see the expressions of the clients' faces when they found their dream home. Michelle specializes in Bridgton, Harrison, Waterford, Otisfield, Paris, Oxford, and Norway. |
